1.5 oz Ritual Rum Alternative
1.25 oz espresso
.5 oz simple syrup
4 dashes chocolate bitters (or non-alc chocolate bitters)
Mint leaf for garnish
Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a shaker. Combine the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add mint leaf garnish.
