2 oz. Ritual Rum Alternative
1 oz. cardamom syrup
1 tbsp. butter batter
Boiling Water, to top
Scoop 1 tbsp of butter batter into tempered glass nug or regular mug. Pour in Ritual Rum Alternative, syrup, and then top with boiling water. Stir. Grate fresh nutmeg over top. Serve and enjoy!
BUTTER BATTER:
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
Pinch ground cloves
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Scoop onto a piece of foil or into a small container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
