This tropical concoction will transport you to your favorite beach chair.
1 1/2 oz. Ritual Gin Alternative
1 oz. coconut cream
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
Garnish: pineapple wedge and frond
Combine ingredients in a shaker with a little bit of crushed ice and whip-shake until the ice melts. Pour into a Collins glass and top with ice. Add garnish.
