1 1/2 oz. Ritual Tequila Alternative
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/3 oz. ginger syrup
Float of Angostura bitters
Garnish: pineapple fronds
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass and top with ice. Float a few dashes of bitters and add garnish.
