This berry-infused take on a classic sour cocktail is fresh, tart and frothy. It’s a combo that pairs perfectly with warm summer nights!
2 oz. Ritual Gin Alternative
1 c. fresh blueberries (or frozen, defrosted)
1 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional)
Muddle blueberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup (or sugar) in a shaker. Add the gin, bitters and egg white. Shake vigorously until frothy. Add ice and shake for a few more seconds. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel or peel.
