1½ oz.Ritual Whiskey / Rum / Gin / Tequila Alternative ½ oz. ginger mint syrup ½ oz. charred lemon juice 2 dashes Angostura bitters Slice a lemon in half. Using appropriate fire safety, torch the inside of the lemon halves and juice. Combine ingredients with your choice of Ritual NA Spirit Alternative in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake to combine. Double strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Express mint, garnish and serve with a lemon wheel.
