1 1/2 oz. Ritual Gin Alternative
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/3 oz. orgeat
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters (or non-alc bitters)
Garnish: pineapple slice
Directions: Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add garnish.
