1½ oz. Ritual Tequila Alternative
1 oz. Blood Orange Saffron shrub by Element Shrub
3 oz. DRY Blood Orange Botanical Bubbly
½ tsp. honey
3 orange slices for garnish
kosher salt
In a glass or shaker tin muddle two orange slices and honey. Add blood orange saffron shrub and Ritual Tequila and stir. Rim a rocks glass with salt, add
crushed ice to the glass, and strain the shaker mixture in. Top with DRY blood orange botanical bubbly. Garnish with a slice of orange that has been dipped
in salt on one side.
