Blood Orange Saffron DRY-Rita⁠

1½ oz. Ritual Agave Spirit ⁠Alternative
1 oz. Blood Orange Saffron shrub by Element ⁠Shrub
3 oz. DRY Blood Orange Botanical Bubbly ⁠
½ tsp. honey⁠
3 orange slices ⁠for garnish
kosher salt ⁠

In a glass or shaker tin muddle two orange slices and honey. Add blood orange saffron shrub and ⁠Ritual Agave Spirit and stir. Rim a rocks glass with salt, add ⁠
crushed ice to the glass, and strain the shaker mixture ⁠in. Top with DRY blood orange botanical bubbly. ⁠Garnish with a slice of orange that has been dipped ⁠
in salt on one side.
