A classic rum cocktail with a twist! For the ginger syrup, simply add a cup of each – sugar, water and ginger – to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover to simmer for 15 minutes. Store in the fridge for any time you want some gingery bite in your cocktail.
2 oz. Ritual Rum Alternative
1 oz. ginger simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
Dash of bitters (optional)
Candied ginger and/or mint for garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain into a chilled glass.
