
2 oz Ritual Rum Alternative
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
6-8 mint leaves
Mint sprig for garnish
Muddle the mint leaves with the demerara syrup, juice, and bitters in a Julep cup (or other glass). Add the Ritual Rum Alternative plus pebble/crushed ice and stir until the cup is frosted. Add garnish.
