After a summer of quarantinis, our bodies and minds are ready for a break before the holiday season. For some, that means a dry month. For others, it’s a move toward moderation. Whether you’re reducing or eliminating alcohol this month, Ritual is here to make your Sober October easier.

For some insight into the body’s response to a month without alcohol, we’ve partnered with nationally recognized registered dietician and nutritionist, Mascha Davis, MPH, RDN, of Nomadista Nutrition. Davis will use her trusted health and wellness expertise to educate others on the proven benefits of drinking in moderation and share her experience cutting out alcohol for the month on Instagram.

Expect your mood to lift and your skin to clear up and brighten.
