1.5 oz. Ritual Tequila Alternative
1/2 oz. simple Syrup
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. pomegranate juice
3 oz. ginger beer

Add Ritual tequila alternative, simple syrup, lime juice, pomegranate juice and ice to a copper mug. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and pomegranate arils.
Salt the rim of a glass and set aside. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into prepared glass with fresh ice.
