Our non-alcoholic Tequila and Aperitif Alternatives are specially crafted to replace traditional versions 1:1 in the drinks you already know and love. Ritual spirits are made for cocktails and not meant to be consumed straight or neat.

Tequila: A green pepper nose and a grassy body, tempered with a hint of rock salt and backed by a clean burn.
Aperitif: Bright, full of botanicals and bittersweet citrus with a spiced finish. Combines the assertive bitterness of Italian aperitivo with the complex sweetness of French vermouth.

Ritual SIESTA

2 oz. Ritual Tequila Alternative
½ oz. Ritual Aperitif Alternative
¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. grapefruit juice
Garnish with lime wheel

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
