SWEET AND SOUR

This zero-proof cocktail hits two sides of your taste buds. Ritual whiskey alternative and the simple syrup provide the sweetness, which plays off the citric tang of the lemon juice. The egg white gives the whole thing body and foam, ensuring that you get a non-alcoholic but authentic take on the classic whiskey sour. And if that raw egg white throws you, no problem. You can avoid it (and make this mocktail vegan at the same time) by substituting one ounce of chickpea juice--also known as aquafaba. Really. Cheers!

2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white (see below)
Lemon slice or wedge

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until frothy. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon slice or wedge, if desired.


MAGIC APPLE RITUAL

2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative
2 oz. apple cider or juice
2 dashes bitters
Cinnamon stick
Apple slice

Combine first three ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Stir until cold. Pour over fresh ice, garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice, and serve.

RITUAL ROY

3 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Splash of water
3 dashes bitters

Put all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Stir until well chilled and pour into a glass, with or without additional ice.
