Originally called Damn the Weather, our low-ABV version of this Prohibition-era cocktail is somewhat less annoyed by whatever’s happening outside. Ironically, this is actually a bright and sunshiny, orange-forward drink--especially if you add an orange twist. You can make it virtually zero-proof by substituting unsweetened grape juice for the sweet vermouth. Cheers!
