2 oz Ritual Rum Alternative
3 oz pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz lime juice
1 oz Calpico concentrate
Cup of crushed ice
Garnish with cocktail umbrella and pineapple fronds
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add garnish.
